I've seen a few suggestion on later posts about changing main buffs for Marksman and Rogue. What about Precision? In this new scenario, would precision be active at the same time as the other buffs? Or should it be a "best of both classes" buffs? Make it like a mini belligerent focus +mini offensive imminence, idk.
Also, it would be more useful if ruthless execution could be casted more often and maybe bonus dmg when target below some %hp?

Well, it's quite simple: just put a limit on the hp-steal you get from using equips to a max of 15% to 20%, instead of the 33% to 35% you can get now with a full set of hp-steal.

As mentioned by others, introduce the same type of limit that was applied to magic resistance before, with a max of 35% mr from equips. So, this is not something new, but an old solution to balance things again.

reduce the cooldown time piercing shot 5>3 sec
spread shot : increase the damage
taunt needs a change, it's awful

Rangers need to hit quite a bit with their basic attacks. Today, the spells of the ranger hit much more than their basic attack
Increase the duration time of the ranger's buff

It would be a serious nerf for everyone, and I'm pretty sure most players are tired of nerfs :P

With dynamic items a new era has began, and I would prefer consider such recent hp steal improved ability as a part of this new era, to open possibilities of expanded map with new harder creatures.

Moreover, as far as only warriors are concerned, it wouldn't solve any balance problem : both class would just have to hunt easier mobs, and exactly as right now, paladins at hard hunts will still have less exp than barbs at easy hunts.

In any case, if ever that idea of restrict LifeSteal is used, I think it would be a smarter move for balance to :
- settle carefully LS abilities (and healing, see below) of each class (I'm speaking about buffs)
- cap *absolute value per hit* instead of %, in order to avoid insane LS of high damage class without penalyzing low damage class. This absolute value could depend on level and also healing stats, offering player an interesting progression feeling, and flexibility in building (talents/gear).

This doesn't make sense; almost all players have maximum magic resistance

Taunt / Marksman

This spell is useless nowadays.

Replace the mana return of 33% from target to 33% of speed boost for 5 seconds.

Moreover, during the spell make the caster untargetable.

Increase cooldown to 20 minutes, like Rogue / Short Escape.

I've been hunting in groups for a while and I think putting mortal melody in the same way as hailstorm, because positioning yourself with a lot of people in the boxies, would be really bad. Could you test placing the mortal melody without positioning it? Maybe with this he can hit well positioned in group hunting and solo hunting, he could place the magic on him, healing himself and dealing damage, improving his solo exp considerably as well.

Piercing shot cooldown 5s lowered to 4s is fine.

The issue with the Spread shot is its area, i mean, the arrangement of sqm could be changed.
