10th May 2024 16:04:52 Quoting CM Mercury: Hi, Next changes were made on TS. -Change Fire Shield from 14/14% to 16/12% -Boosted the second wave of Hailstorm from 33% to 50% -Reduce magic level for Hellish Volley from 12 to 10 -Increase area of Mortal Melody by adding a 3x3 at the end, increase the cost of mana from 15 to 150 and add a 2s CD + ml 25 required -Added a 3x3 hit area around the target on Holy Sword that does 25% of the main damage -Increase damage of hellish volley by 15% -Mercury Doing a small test, it was seen that the damage is weak, making it more sense to use the tornado. It would be ideal to put the same damage as the tornado and increase the damage along with the hailstorm talent by something significant, like 50% as well. If it's possible to increase the frontal area like a cross, I don't know. |

It's really bad, no good PvP, and solo XP sucks Hi, I think it's an exaggeration of your shadow to comment this, ranger is the best class for pvp currently, a lvl 700 ranger can kill me easily if I'm not using a buff or if I miss a combo or a cure, I don't see the point in your comment, now about the xp time in which the class has its reason for existing, mages are good in war they have a strong combo, but in hunts mages themselves can die easily, now rangers can tank for a box and they don't die, that's the difference.... I have a level 720 ranger now, i can say it, i test on test serv, rogue can handle with a box of werebear, only when the trap is on, the other 8 sec, he die, easily! On test serv, i test lvl 720 rogue, i can kill solo a lvl 500mage, with no good set, and barely kill the same with marksman, on your lvl it's impossible to kill, even without debuff! The damage is still less than hurricane, so it still pays to use whirlind + hailstorm, the correct thing would be to use mortal melody + whirlind, since it was made to replace hailstorm in the combo, and increase the experience with group hunt, in this case, with some warrior! I suggest the same thing as the King Healer, put to increase the damage of Hailstorm and Mortal Melody in the special talent, or Hailstorm and Whirlind! Just to test it out, and see what the players say! |

Also including to Blizzard - shaman's special talent - a damage increase of 50% to Mortal Melody. |

PVP damage Rogue is fine.
Marksman is just terrible at both PVP and PVE compared to rogue and then even worse when compared to mage. Rangers need some PVE love and marksman need a little bit of PVP love too. |

im one of the last paladins playing in elysium, and i just need my cleave hitting all around me, i dont care about increasing the damage or changing holy sword. The point is, why can i tank and lure everything u can see in this game, but i'll never be able to finish my lures, when the first mob die, my damage starts to slow down, in the end, i need to look for a wall to finish the remaining monsters just because i dont hit in my back.

A little more damage on mortal melody, and with this nerf on warlock's cross, and pyro's buff changed, I believe that the 3 mage classes are playable, and all three will be viable! I prefer marksman for pve, but for pvp, rogue is definitely above marksman! If they release another test server, I'll try the rogue again in Pve, because to be honest, I don't have much experience with high level rogues! |

Simple steps to solve the issue.
Put back desolation with 2 seconds cooldown and its damage 80% of cleave damage on TS. Increase cleave cooldown to 4 seconds. |

I wrote wrong, 80% of cleave damage I mean... My post is correct now. |

10th May 2024 17:08:21 (Last edited 10th May 2024 17:13:48) Quoting Administration: Zezenia Season Six begins this Friday! Check out the announcement for all the details. The May 2024 Balancing Test Server is now open to all players for testing! Download the Test Client here and log in using your credentials. The Test Server is based on a snapshot taken earlier today, so some of your character’s progress or password changes may not apply. Balancing Changes - Reduced the damage of Cross of Annihilation’s second wave by half. - Buffed the radial damage of Inferno reducing damage loss near the edges. - Buffed the damage of Cleave by 15% - Buffed the damage of Holy Sword by 10% and lowered cooldown to 15 seconds. - Adjusted Fire Shield to 16% health/12% mana negation from 10%/18% negation. - Increased Fortification base negation from 6% to 8% - Boosted the second wave of Hailstorm from 33% to 50% - Reduce magic level needed for Hellish Volley from 12 to 10 - Increaseed area of Mortal Melody by adding a 3x3 at the end, increaseing the cost of mana usage from 15 to 150 and added a 2s CD + ml 25 requirement - Added a 3x3 hit area around the target on Holy Sword that does 25% of the main damage - Increase damage of hellish volley by 15% Season Six configuration The Test Server is configured with the same experience rate and PvP parameters as the upcoming Season Six server Avalon. Test Server utilities As always, the Test Server NPC can be found in the Ellaria depot to switch classes, level up or teleport to various bosses. Sincerely, Zezenia Staff The recent buff on cleave doesn't seem to be working as intended. I demonstrated my cleaves to my friends yesterday to showcase my damage output, and I noticed that I'm dealing exactly the same range of damage as before. Yesterday, my average damage was around 1850, and it remains the same today. With the expected 15% buff, it should have been around 2100 damage. Additionally, the effectiveness of holy sword seems rather lackluster; being a targetable skill, paladins are only able to hit 4-5 mobs with it. To fully utilize its potential, we would require another blocker on our hunt. In my humble opinion, it might be best to revert holy sword to its previous state and focus on expanding the reach of cleave to hit the entire box. Disregarding the 15% buff, ensuring cleave hits the full box would greatly enhance its utility. In the current meta, paladins are often relied upon for blocking, and hitting only 5 out of 8 monsters within reach seems counterproductive. -Tokan |
