It's complete nonsense that Inferno is nerfed while Cross Of Annihilation is buffed this much. Pyromancer needs to deal more area damage in the full closed box. Because the area damage is the only dimension that he has.
I agree with the suggestion and believe that it meets the concept of the mage who stays hand-to-hand that the administration created.
Please, it is not too difficult to make the subclasses balanced.
