Hello everyone, i have buyed 200 premium cards in site and want buy a pet for premium cards like site shows but i cant put my cards in the site balance. The cards is only in game. So, how can i trade the cards for the pets ???

I ask for a high level in game and he told me that this is a new feature and he don't know how it works. When he buy that pet only money is available, but now the site shows premium card as option too. But how can i doo it? If the only way is money there is a mistake in the shop and if possible, i want refund the money of the cards to buy the pets directly

If I understand correct (reading shop details on website), bought premium cards should be added to "your account balance" on website, then you can :
- use it to buy things on website
- or "withdraw cards", that is transfer them to a char of your account.

If you want staff understand your problem, you should write what went wrong exactly. Reading your words it seems your cards are ingame already, so maybe you did transfer them without noticing, or simply you bought them before that system was truly implemented ...

That system doesn't seem to be implemented yet, no idea why they have that there without a warning of some sort.

Askja, this is exactly what's happened to me. I have the cards in game, they are delivered only in my depot via parcel, but there is no way to withdraw the cards to the site balance. The only way, i think, that we can buy pets with the cards is using the site balance of cards. But when we buy cards they put the cards in game, not in site balance. Did I manage to bring clarity? Sorry my bad english

Yes, it's very clear now : alas, system is already visible on website, but doesn't work correctly yet.

Our apologies for the confusion. Premium Cards must be purchased into account balance and not withdrawn to a character to be used on the web store. You will see this option during checkout:



If your account has enough Premium Cards in its balance to pay for an order, it will show as a payment option:

Why not just automatically make it go to your account balance then you have to withdraw after that.
