Hello everyone, My character was made on the last Seasonal Server and I've started the smart trader quest there, doing up to the 4 artifact (remaining only the shard of madness part). When the Seasonal server was closed my character quest log remained on 80%, and yesterday I finally obtained the shard of madness and traded by the last artifact , going to 90% on the quest log. But by some reason my old artifacts have disapeared, I can't remember if these itens were deleted or no on the Servers transfers, but now I'm stuck on this quest and I don't know what to do or how I can obtain the old artifacts.

I have sent an e-mail to zezenia support staff calling for help too, but if anyone has any hints to help me it would be apreciated.

What's strange is I lost all my progress on that quest and I had to redo it all when I transferred. Could be why your character is bugged, the quest should have been reset. I mean for me it was anyways, don't know if it was actually intended or not so I just did the quest again :P
That quest and degrees questline, and most "important" ones, I had to redo.

Some other players have complained about losing the artifacts after seasonal.
they had no reply, and made new characters just to get the missing parts.

I had the same issue, they said that major quests would have their progress wiped so on seasonal I started thieves guild, just to check it out. When transfered, my character kept all the progress I had (was not finished yet). Also, no answers given about that.

Thanks for all the answers, it would be great if the staff could give some answers about all this.

EDIT: Today I received an answer by e-mail . They fixed the problem and sent me a parcel with the artifacts remaining. Thanks everyone, and to the players that still have this problem, send an e-mail to them and explain the situation, the process can take some days but they sure will do something.
